BEHIND THE FOOD
Ana Maria Bermudez Bustillo is an InteriorDesigner and Gastronomy student from La Salle College with an integral knowledge on restaurant design and management. An a Bakery and Pastry student from ISMM.
"Since i was little my mom used to cook sometimes for us, when i grew up i always had this love for desserts and i used to cook cakes and decorate them. Each time i got more interested on the theme and started to go to courses. Then i entered college and when i was finishing interior design i decided to start cooking. I admit it, i have never tried cooking salt dishes but i discovered my passion was with the entire cusine and i got in love."
AMB GASTRONOMY offers a variety of dishes and has a projection on the especiality pastry and desserts made without sugar where DULCE LULÚ is born for this purpose.
It also counts with design assistance and advice for better results in every space needed for your restaurant.

About the meaning behind our logo desig:n
Vertical lines represent traditional aspects of live, each line holds a special part of living and create together a texture that organizes everything as one integral piece. The curve enters and breaks with monothony and rithm, is all about changes in life and having no fear to new things, versatility and movement can be found as simple details with force. Here comes the line as an element that provides order but also versatility and dinamical changes.
